tawang war memorial, a 40 feet structure dedicated to martyrs of sino-india war of 1962 overlooking the beautiful tawang valley. it is designed in buddhist architectural style with prayer wheels and flags, serpents, dragons and other buddhist relics. around the stupa there are national flag, the army flag, the air force flag as well as the flags of the 27 other regiments that fought in the war. there is a museum which displays the belongings of the martyrs, and an auditorium where a sound and light shows are held taking back to days of war. there is also a statue of buddha here.
