arunachal pradesh has 26 main tribes and more than 100 sub-tribes. each tribe has its own customs and traditions. some of the major tribes here include adi, galo, aka, apatani, nyishi, tagins, bori, and bokar etc. for most of the tribes sun and moon are the main gods especially for those who follow donyi-polo religion.
