tripura sundari temple located about 55 km from agartala which was constructed by maharaja dhanya manikya dev in 1501. it one of the 51 shakti peethas of hindu pilgrims in indian where goddess sati’s right foot fell. devotees come in hordes here during diwali festival to bathe in the lake by the temple which has many aqua species.
