thimphu, paro and punakha are the three most popular tourist destinations in bhutan. they typically attract 70 – 75% of the total tourists arriving in bhutan. apart from these three places, the other key places are phuensholing, wangdue phodrang, trongsa, bumthang, trashigang and samdrup jongkhar.
