ta dzong: now the national museum which was earlier an ancient watch tower overlooking rinpung dzong. it is actually located  on a hill behind rinpung dzong. it was built in 1951. the round building is said to be in the shape of a conch shell. it has a great collection of fine arts, paintings, thangkas, jewellery, household stuffs, stamps and so on. infact it has more than 3000 artworks which displays more than 1500 years of cultural heritage in bhutan. it is one of the best places, where we can learn about bhutanese culture.
