lady hydari park which is also known as phan nonglait park is the only park with zoo. it is named after lady hydari, first lady of the province and the wife of governor of assam. the park is designed in style of japanese garden and is dotted with small ponds, rhododendron plants and willow trees. there is also a mini zoo, museum and children’s park here.
