ward’s lake, an artificial lake is named after sir william ward and is believed to be over 100 years old. it is also known as pollock’s lake. the major highlight here is paddle boating. there is cobblestone walkway which encircles the lake and is ideal for evening walks. close to the lake there is a botanical garden which boasts of several orchids along with a number of other floral species.
