  • nagaland science centre has been built to promote creative learning through triumphant approaches and to make science interesting, playful and informal. it has three galleries; our sense, fun science and children’s corner. there is also a tara mandal which has an inflatable dome which lets you see deeper into the sky at night. there is a science park as well which has some especially designed exhibits that increase the learning tendencies. a nominal entry fee is required to get into the science centre which is worth spending for such adventure.
  • shiva temple is located singrijan region and is believed to have been built by villagers in 1961. as per the legend one villager had gone to rangapahar reserve forest where found a stone to sharpen the knife and carried it along with himself. while sharpening his knife on the stone he saw some liquid pouring out of it. later he dreamt that it was lord shiva which led to setting up the temple here.
