- chumukedima village is located on foothills of naga hills and is an ancient village. it is famous for waterfalls which have kind of crystal-clear water. the town is located 14 km away from dimapur. the tourist village on the top of a hill gives a bird’s eye view of dimapur.
- diezephe village, is famous for its handicrafts and has beautiful artefacts made from wooden carving, bamboo and cane and is great place for shopping. the village is about 13 km from dimapur and is home of high skilled weavers and craftsmen. regular workshops are conducted for the local weavers and people to learn new ways of production. there are home stays here where the guests can stay and experience the local life and culture.
