• rates quoted above are on per person basis for only 2 person travelling together. rates may vary with increase or decrease of persons.
• the rates are valid for indian nationals only holding valid indian passport or voter i card.
• rates are valid for travel till 31st dec 2018.
• no rooms are being hold at the moment. confirmation for rooms shall be subject to availability.
• supplementary charges may be applicable during festival dates and other blackout dates in respective hotels.
• most of the rooms in all hotels at bhutan are twin bedded rooms. very limited rooms have king size bed. king size bedded rooms will be provided subject to availability only. if the same is unavailable the hotel shall provide twin bedded rooms only
• supplemental charges for ac in the vehicle shall be applicable.
• balance information regarding hotels, vehicles, guides and useful travel information shall be emailed you separately. in case of any special requirement, please let us know.
• additional costs or supplementary charges shall be applicable in following cases:
  • additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle other than mentioned in the itinerary which will be recovered directly from the guests.
  • Any cost arising due to unforeseen events like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. Such expenses will be recovered directly from the guests on the spot.
  • Any increase in government taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure

entry formalities – indian nationals do not require any visa for nepal or bhutan. a permit will be issued at the entry point on production of a passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure) or original voter id. these are only valid document for issuing of entry permit. the traveller should also carry photocopy of the travel documents and 04 passport size photographs. for children, original birth certificate in english and student id is required. adhar card/ pan card / driving license is not a valid document to travel to nepal or bhutan.
